All our inspections and evaluations are offered and performed under a written agreement.  The agreements we use for each type of report are available for your review as PDF files.  The agreements can be downloaded by simply clicking the name of the appropriate agreement.

No final report is released without a consulting agreement.  If you will be at the inspection, you will be asked to sign a consulting agreement at the inspection.  If you cannot attend the inspection you should do one of the following:

1. Download the appropriate consulting agreement, review it, sign it and fax the signed copy to 1-866-271-4805.  This is a toll-free number.  
   

2. Download the appropriate consulting agreement, review it, sign it, scan the signed copy and E-mail the signed agreement to grayspe@Gmail.com 
   

3. If you do  not have access to a fax machine or a scanner, you can download the appropriate consulting agreement, review it, sign it and mail it to R. Michael Gray, PE at 2138 Parkdale Drive in Kingwood, Texas 77339.  Then, and this is very important, send me an E-mail at grayspe@Gmail.com stating the you have reviewed the consulting agreement and accept the terms and conditions. 

We will issue only a draft report if we do not have a signed agreement.  Once I receive the faxed agreement (option number 1), the scanned agreement (option number 2) or the E-mail (option number 3), I will E-mail a final copy of the report.
