Resale Home Structural/Mechanical Inspections: We ask that you schedule an inspection only after you have a signed purchase contract.

Final Inspections for New Homes: Most builders ask that you go through 2 walkthroughs.  The first is usually around 10-days before closing and the second the day of closing or the day before closing.  We usually inspect the home the day before or the day of the first walkthrough.

Cancelled and Postponed Inspections: We know that schedules sometimes have to be changed.  If the appointment must be changed or cancelled we require two working days notice.  If we are not given two working days notice, we require that half the fee be paid to compensate us for blocking out our time.  If the inspection is cancelled or postponed after we arrived at the site, we require that we be paid the entire fee.
