ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS: Our engineering inspections are performed by
R. Michael Gray, P.E. In
performing an engineering inspection largely use the TREC Standards of
Practice for Real Estate Inspectors as a guideline concerning what to
inspect and how to report items in need of repair. The foundation portion
of the report is an engineering evaluation of the
performance of the foundation. In performing the engineering foundation
performance evaluation we use the Texas Section American Society of Engineers
publication, Guidelines for the Evaluation and Repair of Residential

 | Home Inspections: Our home inspections are usually around 60-pages
in length. They also include an Executive Summary where all the
recommended repairs are listed in one place. Every report includes
digital photographs. The Executive Summary and the digital photographs
make the report more user-friendly. All Home Inspections are E-mailed within 12 hours
of the end of the site visit.

Our Buyer's Foundation Evaluations are specifically designed to address the
